How Booking Works
Getting started can feel big, but the steps are simple. All you need to do is book the first steps listed here and we’ll guide you through the rest. Once the intake is complete, we’ll schedule everything else together and make sure it’s smooth and stress-free.
Not sure where to start? You can always start by booking the parent intake first, and we’ll figure out the rest together.

30 minutes
This 30-minute online parent session is your first step in the gifted assessment process. We’ll meet securely via Doxy, so please test your camera and microphone ahead of time to make sure you can see and hear clearly.
Before the meeting, we ask that you complete the intake form, which helps us get a head start on understanding your child. During the session, I’ll ask questions about your child’s history, learning experiences, and strengths, so we can get a full picture of how they learn. -
2 hours
This is an in-person session where your child will spend about 2 hours completing engaging activities designed to explore their cognitive abilities. These activities help us understand how your child thinks, learns, and solves problems.
Parents do not attend the session, but you’re welcome to stay in our waiting area with tea, coffee, and Wi-Fi, or simply drop off and pick up at the start and end. The session includes breaks, and even a small prize to keep your child motivated.
