Step 1: Psych-ed Intake Meeting (Online)

Service Description

NOTE: A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to book an assessment. This amount will be deducted from the total cost of the assessment. This booking is a for an initial online parent/guardian meeting for a full psychoeducational assessment. This meeting will allow us to discuss assessment questions that you are hoping to be answered and review your child's areas of strength and need. Please book two (2) in-person testing sessions following the intake meeting. A feedback appointment will be booked following completion of the assessment to review results. In addition, you will be provided with a comprehensive written report including recommendations for treatment planning.

Cancellation Policy

Things come up. I understand. To cancel or reschedule, please call or email 24 hours in advance. If your child is sick (i.e., has symptoms), please reschedule. There is no fee for cancelling an appointment due to illness (even if it is last minute). It is important that your child is at their best for testing sessions. In addition, I have a lot of children that come to my office so I try to limit spreading anything (even the cold varieties).
